I have been asked several times in the past week “what do you eat?” It’s a great question and something I thought I’d share with everyone.
I shop once a week for food for the office and home. I withdraw $60 from the ATM when I go in the store.
I like to mix up my fruits and veggies with whats in season, and what’s on sale. Here is a scan of my list this week.

My meals (I mix them around, but these are typical)
8.30 am – Protein shake – 8 oz chocolate milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 banana
10:00 – 1 – 2 oz almonds or peanuts
11:00 – fruit with 1 cup yogurt
1:00pm – sandwich/wrap. 4-8 oz deli meat, whole wheat bread, spinach, other toppings
3:00 – Salad with pico de gallo topping and dressing, other veggies
4:30 – lunch meat or tuna, no bread
6:30 – post workout, 8 oz chocolate milk, sometimes scoop of protein powder
7:30 – fish/ground beef/turkey burgers with rice or salad
9:00 – yogurt with fruit, or nuts
